Integral one-piece structure, press-fitted into fixture mounting holes with H7 tolerance. High rigidity, no assembly clearance, suitable for high-volume repetitive drilling; matched tolerance ID F7 / OD n6, overall hardness up to 60–65 HRC.

Renewable Replaceable Drill Guide Bushing

Combination design of liner + bushing, no need to disassemble fixture for quick replacement. Divided into slip-renewable and screw-renewable types, applicable for medium and small batch multi-spec drilling operations, greatly reducing fixture replacement downtime.
